This is caused by the fact that the morph for the V4 standard body is not enabled. Given that this outfit adapts to many different shapes, there is no automatic way to select which shape should be applied. The creator of Stormchaser didn't set a default, so it's our task to enable the right morph. This is very easy to do. With the Stormchaser outfit selected, let's look in the Parameters tab. In there we can find a Characters category, in addition to the standard one. Let's click on it. This category groups all the different body morphs that we can apply to the outfit. The values can simply be 0, the morph is disabled, or 1, the morph is active. Let's set the V4Default slider to 1 and the bodysuit fits V4 perfectly.

You can expect similar sliders on many types of clothing and even hair props.

After adding the bodysuit, I continue adding the boots to the figure. Once again, if the boots don't snap in position automatically, we need to fit them manually via the menu or by clicking on the Fit to drop-down menu in the Parameters tab. We need to set the type of figure shape as well and repeat the process for all the other elements of the outfit.

The boots give us the opportunity to see how to handle a couple of different challenges. The first one is generally quite evident. Pointy boots are narrower than the feet that they enclose. Generally, you will find a special pose in the Pose folder connected with the boots that sets the feet and toes of Victoria to be deformed to be inside the boot. This works well if you have open shoes with which you can see the foot. In this case, we have a completely enclosed boot, so it's much easier to simply make the feet invisible. To do so, we need to click on one foot and then look in the Scene tab. The node for the foot will be selected. To the left of it there is an icon showing an open human eye. If we click on it, the eyes close. This makes the associated node invisible. It doesn't show in 3D Viewport and doesn't show in the render. We will still be able to select it and pose it, which in turn will move the corresponding area of the boot.
